If we move your hot tub, we do wrap them and take the utmost care, wrap them , 2 staff for Range Rover and 16 foot long spa trailer, but the odd scuff, scratch may happen in rare occasions, we do not pay out for that. We recommend you wrap it before we wrap it to have double chance of getting delivered without a mark on.
we are covered against theft of your tub from the van, but it is not covered for scuffs and scratches, its rare, but can happen.
